Tar Hollow

This event will be suitable for Green, Blue, Black and Red equipped vehicles.

It’s time another Wheeling/Camping trip.  Tar Hollow is a property in Hancock, NY that is made available to us by NOVA.  There are many trails to choose from and most have blue and black offshoots, obstacles and playgrounds.   The itinerary for the event will be travel on Saturday, wheeling shortly after arrival and we have the option to camp overnight.    The place is primitive so bring what you need for food and water.   Porta pottys will be on site.   Cell service is minimal.    There may be an option to camp Friday night and wheel on Sunday as well.  Wheeling will be $20/day and camping will be $20/night

Departure Plan

We will be meeting prior to our departure at The Pilot truck stop on I-88 in Duanesburg @ 6:30 AM Address: 1128 Duanesburg Rd, Rotterdam, NY 12306 Phone: (518) 356-5616. We are looking to head out at 6:45 AM Please have all required equipment for riding with you at this time.

If you can not make the departure group but are going Thursday night or Friday, please let us know so we don't wait at Pilot.

Camping

If you are camping, please pack for the unexpected (Rain, cold/ bad weather, etc). Pack enough meals for your party, appropriate clothing, etc.  The place is primitive so bring what you need for food and water.   Porta pottys will be on site.   Cell service is minimal.    There may be an option to camp Friday night as well.
