Saratoga-Wilton 55th Annual Flag Day & All-American Festival Parade

We have been asked back to participate in the 55th Annual Flag Day Parade! Those of us that attended last year enjoyed a really fun time.  Things are a little different this year with the Belmont Stakes being held on June 8th, so they are incorporating the Flag Day Parade into the All-American Festival on Thursday the 4th of July.  Details on the full Festival are not yet posted but previously they had events all day and fireworks of course at the end.  Route will proceed from staging on North Broaway at promptly 5 pm and proceed wouth along Broadway through downtown Saratoga Srping, culminating at Congress Park.  Few items to note: NO CANDY is to be dispersed along the parade route!  Review proper parade etiquette for display of the United States Flag.  I will post what they sent me in regard to this in the forums on the website.  We are required to review and acknowledge review of etiquette as part of our registration.  We want to be invited back so please adhere to all parade rules.

I will post more up as I get details, but as this is on a Holiday I wanted to get this up ASAP for date saving!  This is obviously a very family friendly event so bring the kiddos and the pets if you'd like!

One item to work out logistically is where we will all meet so we can convoy in together as per their request.  Staging is to be completed by 4:15 so we will meet at a to be determined location probably around the 2:30 to 3:00 pm (this is subject to change) time frame depending where we meet and how long the drive will take!  Hope you can Join us for a Fun Event!
