Meeting Agenda & Key Topics
Treasury & Charity Donation: Review of final accounts, settling any outstanding balances, and confirming the local charity selected to receive our remaining funds.
Website & Digital Assets: Plans for winding down CDJW.org, domain management, and archiving or closing social media pages.
Club Assets & Gear: Final disposition of any physical club property, banners, or remaining merchandise.
Formal Dissolution: Completing the necessary administrative steps to officially sunset the organization.
