About the event

This event will be suitable for Green, Blue, Black and Red equipped vehicles.

It’s time for our annual Fall PA Wheeling/Camping trip. Hopefully, with enough interest, we will be able to hit both locations like we have in the past. Whether we hit AOAA or Rausch, they are professional off road parks and offer trails for any level rig or wheeler. We will split up into groups based on trail difficulty. The itinerary for the event will be travel on Thursday followed by set up and a group social fire, weather permitting, and wheeling on Friday and Saturday. If you haven’t had enough you can wheel on Sunday.

We will be meeting prior to our departure at The Pilot truck stop on I-88 in Duanesburg @ 10:00 AM Address: 1128 Duanesburg Rd, Rotterdam, NY 12306. We are looking to head out at 10:30 AM Please have all required equipment for riding with you at this time. If you can not make the departure group but are going Thursday night or Friday, please let us know so we don't wait at Pilot. If you are camping, please pack for the unexpected (Rain, cold/ bad weather, etc). Pack enough meals for your party, appropriate clothing, etc. All attendees, drivers and passengers, must complete our CDJW Waiverbefore arriving to the off road park.

Anyone without a valid Photo ID must provide proof of age or have a legal guardian’s consent. Please have proof of insurance and registration

Most of us will be staying at our favorite campground, Camp-A-While. They have been our go to spot for years and they have always been amazing to us. The offered amenities are hot showers, swimming pool, bathrooms, a little store, fire rings at each site. There can be truck traffic on the parallel road so if you need ear plugs may be handy. If you wish to camp or need an RV site at Camp-A-While you will need to make a reservation with Camp-A-While. Call or email Michelle directly. In the past they have blocked a group of sites for us and when they are open for the season I will be contacting them to do so. Please let us know if you are staying elsewhere from camp awhile so we can keep in contact before heading to the riding

Both facilities require a waiver before riding. AOAA has an option to fill out an online waiver for our convenience at AOAA Waiver.
